Even as just a welcome MOU, this has some very heavy hitters inc the Chinese who dont suffer fools easily so if it goes ahead, it will be full throttle-they play for keeps and i just hope the timing with booms and prices works in our favour as a while till we are shipping ore.

Cameroon Government will have to tow the line with what the Chinese want. Cameroon's Oil Revenue is depleting by millions of tonnes per year. Oil is their main revenue source. This has been going on for a couple of years and getting worse all the time. Time is running out for Cameroon.
Cameroon needs revenues from the Ports and Rail line from Cameroon/The Congo Republic and **on border areas. Also exports going through Cameroon ports from The Central African Republic and Democratic Republic of the Congo. These exports will have to go via rail through the area of the Mbalam mine site.
