How do you value SDL and all your information about stage 2 and 3 and the discussions and agreements you have sourced from Giulio?
Nuclear power is cheaper than coal. Do you believe in someone telling you they are replacing australia’s power infrastructure with uranium?
How would you value a stranded uranium deposit owned by a debt laden company with history of failure?
Global iron ore demand is wel managed. There is no need for new supply.
The problem I refer to re water is wet season rain. Very difficult to operate an open pit when it fills up with water. Even if it is 1000m above se level. Ore body and terrain has lots of clay. Hard to operate pumps in an open iron ore pit. More energy.
Anyway I am like you - I am discussing a problem that is entirely theoretical. There will never be an open pit for SDL so there is no water problem.
No mine. No railway. No port. No value.
Just lots of debt and broken dreams.
And your research.

Hi jayneen.
No New supply. I thought VALE had started a large New mine. BHP and RIO starting new mines to replace mines they have that are running out of high grade ore.
Why was RIO looking to start up Simandou if New supply is not warranted?
