Actual SDL ownership of Cam Iron will be , current 90% *51% to be sold leaves 44.1%
If Cameroon gov and Congo gov exercise their rights then Sdl ownership of Cam Iron drops to 76.5% from 90%, if they sell 51% of this they retain around 37.5% . The project funders and offtake partners will/may want equity in the project as well so how much will SDL retain in the end.
SDL Still carrying convertible note debts of around 95m (assume Australian dollars). Not sure if this liability is repayable in dollars or shares. Perhaps today's announcement will repay debts. If convertible note debt is repayable in shares anyone know the prices and expiry. How many possible fully diluted shares will there be if including outstanding options and convertibles notes converted to shares.
