Looks like Management have snookered themselves. Think they realise that there is little chance of any news driving the SP higher than the SPP offfering.........Hence the delay in offering unsubscribed SSP to Soph investors until April.
Questions to the board?
1. Why wait so long to offer any undersubcription to Soph's
2. Are you worried that there will not be sufficient news flow by the SPP to ensure full subscription?
3. Is this delay in offering to Soph's a unfair advantage (due to extra 3 months for news flow) and thus not in the best interest of current share holders whom you work for?
