I'd be very careful to assume that these advertised positions are for a 'ramp up' of product deployment, and instead consider the possibility that the necessity to hire might be in response to existing personnel who have either left or are in the process of leaving the building. You may want to conduct some further research on that one before replying.

The intention to recruit a JCT Operations Manager is particularly interesting if we ask ourselves the question; 'Who was effectively managing operations prior to Xped purchasing the business?'

Final word: It would be extremely appropriate if Xped the company could muster up some will power and find the time to courteously provide a comprehensive update to its shareholders on the growing list of previously announced Xped 'developments' that continue to remain pending / outstanding / behind schedule, including (but not limited to) the status of JCT's Channel Partner training that was supposed to have taken place last quarter, and the status of the ~$1.1m in JCT inventory that has been on the books now since the December quarter (another elephant in the room contributing to overall inefficiencies?).
But given management's apparent reluctance to share detailed information on the business with its shareholders, I dare not hold my breath.
