@GCar. So you've accused me of not answering your question, but you've got a short memory mate. Since answering your many, many questions (including that one), I've told you that I'm not going to respond to any more of your quizzes because you refuse to do the same. Remember when I repeatedly asked for your thoughts on the reasons for AGY's SP divergence? You've been dodging that one for weeks now. Anyway, I'm not going to engage in "discussion" with you if it's a one-way street. You like interviews, not conversations. That and aggressively shouting down others through verbose essays filled with multiple tangents.
With regard to the EIA approvals, you are again seeing only what you choose to see by blaming the government. According to you they have little to no experience in this area. Yet they had to process the environmental approvals for the 500 ktpa pilot plant and then the 2 ktpa operation. So the Salta Government should be very familiar with AGY's operation at Rincon, therefore you'd assume it should be a pretty straightforward process if AGY had provided all of the necessary information. If the Salta Government still hasn't been able to develop the appropriate subject matter expertise while processing AGY's previous environmental approvals, how do you think approvals for the 25 ktpa expansion are going to go?
Oh, and how have POSCO and Eramet got their environmental approvals through if the Salta Government don't know what they're doing? If multiple companies were having issues obtaining approval, then your point would make sense. But it's just AGY. I wonder why that is?
