Thanks mate, glad someone had a crack at deciphering this. So are you under the impression that an off-take is ready to be signed on the dotted line, all terms agreed upon, pending testing of the product by the authorities?
To me, it reads that a single off-take has been put aside (one that has been chosen from the plethora of offers they're getting) pending strategic process for it specifically, whatever that means...?
We can all have a guess and assume, but as far as I know,
@GCar is the only person here that has real word career experience in the industry and can explain exactly what they mean by using this terminology. Just awaiting his response so we can all stop assuming and guessing.
