It must be an industry phrase mate. Gcar, having a career in the industry, refuses to explain what it means. So, he's clearly heard it before.
Or food for though, maybe he hasn't had a career in the industry and thought he could google the definition, but nothing comes up because it's a "Jerko phrase"?
Surely not, he's said he had a career in lithium and I believe him. How else has he afforded the supercars in his garage that he 'tinkers' with?
