I do hold JZ accountable if the Salta Government received an incomplete or ambiguous request. Where does it say I blame him 100% for the EIA delays?

I've stated over and over again that I believe the delays are attributable to both parties (AGY and the Salta Government). You've got you're blinkers back on and are just choosing what you want to hear.
