I said that either is possible, while many here are dismissing even the possibility that AGY could have contributed, despite evidence suggesting this could be the case.
Bottom line, if leadership bear the fruits (which JZ certainly does), they also bear responsibility. So yeah, I hold JZ accountable for delays and missed targets.
