Also it's 100% on the company in the delay of the EIA approvals. No if or buts about it. It's been ~1.5 years and the Government continues to ask for additional information in the application. It's clear there were details missing or not sufficient if the govnmt is asking for clarification. It's quite concerning that every 3 months there's a 'new' reason for the delay and/or pieces of the app yet to be submitted/clarified. I can only think that the MD doesn't know how the game is played over there and the officials are stringing them along until they 'get it' ($$). It's either that or AGY are not competent in these kinds of submissions.
Of course the cult will put their positive spin onto it and not realise any blame to the company, no doubt about that.
