I’m out too. Been too busy at work to get out early but preservation of capital is key even though I’ll book a decent loss on this.
The company announcement lacks sufficient detail and they have not responded to my questions - this is poor and I’m going to suspect the worst than hope for the best.
In the absence of an update or positive news I see this drifting to longer term support around 4c over the next 30 or so days. Either way legal expenses go up and timelines go out, which is not great.
Hopefully for holders it bounces back and they sort this out. There is significant upside here for those willing to take some risk but I’d rather take the loss now than get stuck and take a bigger loss later. I’d be more than happy to buy back in later if this gets resolved and I still have my 15c options, which keeps me with some exposure. GLTAH
