the company have not issued an adequate statement and must do so immediately
you can’t announce you’ve been issues with legal proceedings cause share price destruction
no trading suspension
and then go quiet for a week
we will get an update after market close today is my guess or a trading halt and then we’re in limbo for weeks or months
