Im hoping that the legal action is on some incorrectly filed part of the Preliminary License or a mistake that be easily rectified, the judge clearly didn't believe the issue was dire enough to put an emergency injection in place.
The fundamentals of the project remain the same, this will only push the timeline out.
Part of me wants the price to drop off panic selling so that I can pick more up at a lot lower price....
