I imagine how things are unfolding in the company. While some directors might be aware of the game being played, others have probably no idea at all.

SF1: What can I do for you Mr M?

Mr M: I am here to help you. You have a little nice company here, but you are risking not to make it. Anyway I see some potential and I want to be very generous with you. Therefore I would like to help you financially in exchange of some shares. To prove my genuine intention, I am willing to buy shares at 0.5c, which is between 25% and 67% premium compared to what SF1 has been trading the last few days. This is a bargain!

The only ones striking a bargain here as usual are the institutions behind the CR. Without manipulators we would easily still be trading around the 3c mark, therefore what they will try to dress up as a bargain CR, is simply buying shares at 80%+ discount!
