That's for IV only. The directors would be negligent (I'm not saying they are) if they sold just on that basis.
The SP may be moving on the IV BOTS approvals being gained by MIN, the whole Bucklands, transport route and port is of significant strategic importance. Clearly something MIN would want to be in on but they would need IMHO to stump up much more before AV and the team plus Kerry Stokes would even look at an offer.
