    Yes I doubt there would be any action against the working of the mine by the council. but funds would have to be put up to help. And there is still care and manintenance of mine infrastructure until the decision to produce is made. This cost is to be borne by GMM as of Today.

    CR is assured , whether or not shareholders will be included is another thing.
