I think you will find the debt was still about 101m at half year it was just at half year they took 101m less the cash on hand (26mill) to measure the debt not covered by cash on hand - 75million. I may be incorrect here but this seems the difference.
I think if they can start paying down debt the cheapest of this stock will start gaining a lot of attention at these prices. Could easily get to 40c in a 12-18 months
