Tend to agree Cake. Ann just formality now of the continuing limbo sadly.

The main issue appears to me (as I posted once b4) to be the ASX rule changes invoked earlier this yr.

Now have to meet those irrespective of positioning. Will mean original agreements to the 51% whilst technically still valid imo will need to be renegotiated I wood assume back to where it got to on the 100% late last year but which lapsed. Will be only way to relist it seems.

Everything still hinges on the results...nothing changed there and the only real fall back I guess is.....will the major sub holders (who HZ represents) be happy to roll over on their $ or will they be pushing to get something back?
