The only way thats going to happen is if;

- Testing is 100% accurate
- Showcased to investors
- MOU

Otherwise, don't be surprised if they come back in December advising...results aren't the best and the tech still requires more testing..

Mind you, a company get's de-listed from the ASX after 3 years.

Now, we've got directors whom act surprised in a company announcement like that where not aware of the new rules.
