the only reason I find to go from a tier1 (Australia) to a tier3 jurisdiction is that the new asset would be at least 10 time better than the currently held one. So the question how much will a tier1 asset in tier3 jurisdiction which is 10x better cost? For oil, even with few exploration data, it is expensive
well, time will tell if the management will deliver but so far I don't see anything from any of JB's companies.
