    Companies do not make the call on whether an announcement is price sensitive or not, ASX makes this decision

    I have invested in shares for over 12 years and dind't know that.
    Explains a lot about the hit and miss nature of that symbol. The implementation of that is bewildering at best.


    Thankfully the ASX explains this clearly when you click on the "market sensitive" icon on their website.
