Certainly a very positive announcement for the future of NXR and WBT.

Both the NXR board and OurBiometric group are to be congratulated on all their hard work over many months.

I am very optimistic that with a new WBT board supported by invested people that real progress will be made.

The NXR Board has demonstrated that it is true to its word that it will continue to support WBT and also that it will ensure that NXR itself has sufficient working capital to continue as an operating business.

The most exciting and positive news for NXR shareholders in the last 18 months.
I expect the positive news flow to continue over coming months.
