Whoever has dumped 16 mill shares at 0.083 if they got them at 0.085 has only realized a $32k loss. If they earned a couple hundred grand as underwriters and have offloaded 20 to 30 mill already at 0.099 to 0.087 then theyre doing fine. Also if the volume is sluggish to non existant then they can use this 16 mill to short SAS, buy out the triggered stop losses and fomo peps then sell on the rise. Its a great way to make the stock look energised and profit.
These instoes have done this a thousand times. You can profit on their shorting well.
