IMO it is too soon to get spooked.

The Annual Report was at end of August, now this Investor Update at end of Sept.
Agreed, they don't say much new, but they do continue to refer to discussions with potential partners and an identified partner in target markets.
So until there is a signed agreement, or at least MOU, there is nothing to disclose.

And why refer to AKP and specifically refer to AKP's signing of commercial agreement, if they are not trying to draw comparisons? I know I may be hallucinating a bit after a hard week, but i have a feeling they are trying to tell us something.

And if they are to raise more funds, which seems inevitable, they will need to come out with some good news soon, to push SP up to reasonable levels before CR.

So, IMO, remain patient, my bet/guess/hope is that by end of year we could hear something more about new partners, which is after all what they absolutely must have if they are to break into any of their target markets.
