    They have successfully raised $5m+ with another $98m non-binding, we had only $100k in the bank a few months back don't forget..

    Keep in mind of past and present directors interests..

    Quinn 325m
    Saunders 6m

    In any other case we would be looking at heavy dilution upon relisting, doesn't seem like a factor here..
