I don't think Co can announce it to ASX till after it is published...Co's may not get any priority here....they see the Report when 'everyone' else does...if a poster here hadn't seen it and posted it then we wouldnt have known about it till Co then Announced it...
l was only mischievously suggesting that VRC may not have 'opened' their in-tray with this Report in it until after prospectus was completed, if someone hadn't posted if here ...wouldnt you?
l really don't think thetReport helps our prospectus at all....l am sure potential investors would be 'persuaded' into this stock with much bigger projected rewards than a 9.9c sp on a spec stock by 2020
