Well it’s the end of the week and I’ve missed my mates here on the HC VRC threads, in my opinion the research note is not new news just redone from the original numbers.
It’s fair for stage 1, basic numbers 1.6yr payback equals approx net AUD earnings of 1.5c per share x 6 or 7 it’s around your 10c per share
So for stage 2 your looking at 60c per share, (that’s a 15 bagger from here).
Remember we have 1.32 Billion shares on issue.
Hopefully when the rent is due again we will be looking at higher than today’s price.
