At the AGM, we were told that once the MoB approval was granted then expectation was that things would move pretty quickly from there. That sale fell over. With this one, the approval has been received, money deposited, and that was a few weeks ago.

Also I just reckon that the review of the Scanlon's group holdings ad susbsequent correction must have beeen prompted by something. Expectation of upcoming announcement is an obvious reason. If there is going to be a vote (such as do you want us to re-invest? or do you want the capital returned?) then there sizable chunk will probably determine the outcome).

In earlier announcements, the bonus for the new ceo was accompanied by a note that said it would be subject to an upcoming meeting that was yet to be scheduled.

I would have thought all of these things would suggest its very close.
