Well. They are currently able to pay upto 23.5c if they wished to pursue / start the buyback.
Obviously not interested and/or changed their mind.
Last announcement was curious. Scanlon's mob dotting the "i's" and crossing the "t's" regarding their holdings. Wonder if this is to ensure there is no dispute if they choose to exercise their voting rights in whatever is coming up.
Would imagine the sale will be completed anytime now.
