"the Company lodged a cleansing notice in circumstances where it may not have been eligible due to having been suspended for more than a total of 5 days in the 12 months prior to the relevant issue of Shares "

If you look on the 5 offending share issue occasions the company actually did lodge a cleansing notice as required. However, the stuff up was in not checking the 5 day suspension limit each time which made the cleansing notices invalid (doesn't change ANY of the information included though). Its a bit sloppy but a minor technical point now resolved with a Prospectus for a $15 (fifteen) raise that clearly actually says nothing new (except minor acquisition that happened during this suspension and new progress on OliveX) .

Overall, nothing to see here !!

Back to focusing on the amazing evolution of this company. An exciting year awaits I'm sure.
