    "The matter was partially heard this morning. The Court has adjourned the matter until 3.00pm on 14June 2019. The Shares of the Company will remain suspended until after this hearing.The Company is continuing to work with its legal advisers to resolve this matter as soon as possibleand will continue to keep shareholders updated on further developments as they occur."
