I feel sorry for the stakeholders of this business as it really does appear to be a complete trainwreck. 

With the mentioning of the recognition of impairments that will have a material impact to retained earnings and FY19 results, and that an investment bank is going to review then update and then advise to me sounds like the company has very little confidence in the historic financial modelling. Combine this with the previous material provision taken for the unreconciled accounts, and the removal of the young and inexperienced CFO - it really does feel like this one is all over and financially it is a complete mess.
