5GN went through the same issue a couple of weeks ago.

They lodged their Cleansing Prospectus on the morning of May 9 (in regards to an April 12 placement).
The Federal Court approved it the next day, and the shares resumed trading later that day.

I don't think it will take too long to prepare a Cleansing Prospectus.

I can't see us being out of action for too long.
