Based on my experience the preparation and compliance of the Cleansing Prospectus is the time consuming part.
I would suggest that once the Prospectus was completed AB1 would have had to submit it to the ASX to allow the legal team of the ASX to assess and approve it.
The same process happens for notices for AGM's and EGM's for example.
AB1 has no control over how quickly the ASX legal team review submitted documents.
My previous comments around turnaround times at the Courts were only based on what I saw happen at 5GN.
