    yes it looks like your right ..it may be Too Late to Buy shares just for the entitlement..it depends on the Record date .

    This entitlement issue is to reward current shareholders and to be mailed to Shareholders registered at the Record Date, which will be announced to the market shortly.

    perhaps thats why they had a TH ..to announce the Loyalty Options entitlement is issued.
