    Spot on Wacko,i would estimate that it will be either Optus (Singtel) or TPG (includes iiNet) that is the partner.
    They want more Asia exposure and because of the failed Telstra deal with the Philippines and wanting out of half of Foxtel,which is foolish for my mind, i dont quite feel its them.

    Asian and European market is more attractive at the moment.
