Not a bad read Marcus but I don't agree with it in entirety. I don't agree with the idea shareholders profit from the hard work of management who get nothing in return from a rising SP. Management have plenty to gain, performance shares etc plus their ability to raise funds. Not to mention Meir and co's wages come from the pockets of shareholders.

I'm getting off topic - I still believe that any updates regarding funding or reasons for a delay should be announced to shareholders. Hunterr, I appreciate the amount of time you spend asking these questions, but this is something you should not need to do. Good management keeps the market updated. The onus is not on the shareholder to keep themselves updated.
