no you said that you know why funding didn't come in December.MM can participate in any capital raise he can and put in money and have the shares issued after ratification at a general meeting. So this is not a legitimate reason for the delay in funding
Thats fine if I'm not a holder, but other people I'm sure would want to know why funding has been delayed or whatever story you were told.
You have been sold lies time and time again, and each time you buy in to them.
The point is I do not think that anything that in my opinion would be market sensitive or would require disclosure to the ASX (such as funding) would be told to you privately, which leads me to believe you are being fed stories. Sas would not risk insider trading.
