MM needs voters approval this is why SAS will have a meeting shortly MM not stupid to buy on market that does not help the company.
MM would want his money to go into the company.

Now I beleive that SAS were going to pay gomespace December but a few things happend towards the end of the year that contributed to the delay.
Such as December was the worst month since the Great Depression 1930s which delayed evreything. Including funding
And then it become Holliday season.
