Yep, am shooting from the hip a little as time poor at the moment, but to clarify... from your interpretation VEC shares are now suspended rather than in a rolling trading halt.
As such, a full re-compliance process will be required including prospectus, Independant Experts Reports and all the associated accounting and legal fees.
Again, as you say, if financing is able to be executed then all of this will cause nothing but dilution to current holders - but again, it's all speculation.
Regarding my comment that we're stuffed, to clarify, I meant in reference to having to recomply, not overall as a going concern. Sorry if you misinterpreted... as you stated, I was shooting from the hip a little.

I do hope it all works out, I've got a sizable chunk (relative to what I'd normally speculate on a stock like this)
