Ocean Spirit is a 31 year old hull with a new 60t crane on it ... it's not worth anything like T3K's book value & without a pipeline of income it's value is ascribed from its sum-of-the-parts = not much ! T3K's management were duped by sophisticated industry players who used them as a stalking horse to deal with GLOBAL suppliers - no one on this forum should believe that industry giants are going to put their billion dollar projects in the hands of an operator with one aged asset & zero redundancy provision for its operations.
