I'm not arguing either. What I will point out though and since you brought it up is that Corporate Governance so far and under the current management is atrocious. If you feel that good ol American CG is great then I pity you. Look where that has left us!

At a minimum the board needs restructuring. Ideally we need oversight and competence across all business aspects that reduces the risk of a round two of current events.

What has your mate Lou done for the company so far?

Current revenue is derived from the Spikenet transactional clients including Safran, Paris Police etc who use what is in effect Spikenet technology rebadged as Studio and enhanced with SNAP 64 to be called Accelerator.
No named client including GPI, Veritone, any resellers, Quantum Corp etc have resulted in revenue, or appear likely to any time soon;
Fail- Implemented a business plan that after two years has not resulted in any sales revenue attributable to it;
Fail - Blown out costs across the company for no return. I'm specifically talking about the sales and marketing team here;
Fail - Rewarded poor performance for himself and key employees in R&D. Irrefutable given the time blowout for Akida delivery in any format;
Failed to implement a system whereby the SN tech invoice dispute was identified before it became a problem;
Failed to effectively communicate with shareholders.
Can't claim credit for the development of Akida as it was already in progress when he was appointed;
HAs driven the share price from $0.24c to currently $0.088 cents.

I could go on but I think you get the point.

Let me know if you need more real reasons as to why I see that we need changes at the top of our structure.

arghhh… if you're wondering why I've posted a quote it's because I replied to your points and lost it all because there was no line spacing and deleted it and now it's lost dammit. Oh well. Is it me or are there a few bugs in the edit functions.
