Sitting back and letting it unfold is how LDN was allowed to put this company on its knees while handsomely rewarding himself because who was going to stop him? He decided he would be his own oversite.
Dont allow a situation to evolve then complain when people speak about it.
Action should have taken, not sitting around waiting.
