I'd say this is just an Ann explaining because GPI are being acquired all financial contracts being finalised or due for completion are being put on hold till new owners give the green light.
Also I'd say ASIC has been in touch due to multiple complaints of criminal activity from end of last week and this ANN is part of how they have told them they would explain their actions.
Would love to be proved wrong and it's about a $100m contract with a car maker + phone maker but will use past as a guide and expect nothing of substance apart from excuses explaining managements under performance because of 'outside partners'.
