I sat in on the webinar.

• I think Simon said 80 oz/month to break even and would give monthly updates. He also referenced low volume at present. Expect to increase above break even in second half of year.
• Expecting to have remaining issue shortfall of about $1.5M placed within next two weeks (we can but wait and see).
• Resuming drilling at Red Mountain and White Gold this year is an objective and looking for a partner to help at Red Mountain (targeting May-June for an agreement).
• Had talks with TMZ as to whether they can continue to fund Carrington. They are meeting their obligations at present.
