I would check that estimate of 80 oz / month to keep MS operating. Its just not possible for it to be so low. If that were 'per week' and excluded all non site costs (administration, including director salary, amortisation, sustaining capital etc) then it could be a point of discussion and people could argue each side as long as they liked, but its simply not even close at 80 per month. You may wish to send him a question if you were considering that as a factor in investing or not.
