long story short they went for an acq for an undisclosed finance company. asx price query came up (when btc started rising again)... and it didn't even rise like crazy.
they obv noted the potential acq and have been in voluntary suspension for some 9m trying to work through it.
asx then effectively barred the acq. now here we are scratching our heads.
