I agree it's mostly not new news.
XPE have released this to give support to a downward drifting price.
However I think it will give some price support.
I actually pulled my existing 9.1 sell order after this announcement was released.
We'll see what happens. I expect it to finish at 9c today, and perhaps 8.7c on Friday.
As long as it doesn't ping down to below 8c I'll be happy.
