How do you know she left on her own accord...
She may have had a little push and sweetener added to assist her out the door..
Good companies do not want to tarnish a persons reputation by terminating them... They quite often give the person the opportunity to leave or they will get terminated.... Leaving looks better on your resume than a termination..
Maybe she just had a really really good offer elsewhere...
